- Email Response: We aim to reply within 48 hours, often sooner.
- Expertise: Our experts respond to inquiries about properties, real estate market trends, and general visa information.
- Direct Inquiries: We’ll ask questions to sellers or agents on your behalf, up to 3 properties per month. Note that this does not include negotiation or deal management.
- Zoom Calls: The included 30-minute call cannot be carried over to the next month. For additional calls, please purchase additional Zoom Call.
- Call Availability: Zoom calls are conducted during business hours in JST.
- Visa Support: For specialized visa information or consultation, please consider our Visa Professional Support service.

- Our Property Visit service is currently available for locations within a 3-hour travel radius from Tokyo, Kobe, or Fukuoka. For exact property location compatibility and travel expense estimation, please contact us before purchasing the service.
